Full-time Working Mom: Fit Tip #1

When I was a stay-at-home Mom I could workout every day, eat normal and lose weight.
Now, as a full-time-working Mom, sitting at a desk job makes it extremely difficult to lose weight.
Not to mention the every week office Pot Luck, free lunches, and vending machine last-minute snacks, that don't help.

I know there are a million Fitness and Health blogs, I thought I would share some tips for what to do when you have to sit for the majority of your day.

Tip #1: 

1 Hour Lunch Break: Approximately 300 calories
2-15min Breaks: 150 Calories.

Total burned: 450 Calories.
